This collection brings together a selection of Routledge’s key titles in Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, covering interdisciplinary scholarship examining how organisations and institutions should work to be supportive of different groups of individuals – including people of different races, ethnicities, religions, abilities, genders, and sexual orientations – as well as the struggles these groups have experienced to be recognised.
