LIBR 341: Academic Practicum Literacies

This one-credit course offers you an opportunity to develop a learning plan for the quarter based on your research and writing needs. You meet weekly with a peer mentor to gain and apply research, writing, reading, speaking and listening strategies. This is a great course if you need an accountability partner as you work through your wealth of assignments.

  • Credits: 1
  • Delivery: Face-to-Face (but we can be flexible)
  • Location: TBD (Generally, students and the peer-mentor meet in the Hacherl
  • Research & Writing Studio in Western Libraries); meeting time is based on student schedule.
  • Override is needed to register: email: Elizabeth Stephan @ stephae@wwu.edu with questions or for an override
  • After students register, they will be asked to fill out a form with courses, their availability, and their goals for the upcoming quarter
