Elements to Look for:
- Creator: Who made the zine?
- Title of Zine: What's it called?
- Issue or volume: Like magazines, many zines are published as serials. Each zine may constitute an issue, and a run of issues constitutes a volume. Do you see any issue or volume information on the zine?
- Date published: When was the zine created?
APA Style:

In-Text Citation: (Creator, Year of publication)
- Whenever possible use the author's last name.
- If no author name is present, use the title instead.
- If the author uses a pseudonyms or online username, use that name in lieu of a last name.
- To quote from a zine, add the page number to the end of your in-text citation like this: (Creator, Year, p.##)
