Borrowing materials from Western Libraries

Borrowing materials through Summit and Interlibrary loan (ILL)

  • With Interlibrary Loan, you can request electronic articles, books, and more at no cost. Look for the "Find it!" and "We Can Get it For You - Use Interlibrary Loan" buttons in OneSearch and library databases.
  • Email Resource Access: ILLiad@wwu.edu
  • Call (360)-650-3076

Set up your ILLiad account BEFORE you start researching by visiting https://library.wwu.edu/borrowing-other-libraries-ill-summit and logging in with your WWU Universal ID and password. This will make requesting articles more seamless.
